Pershagenskolan is a F-9 school with approximately 450 students. The school is located in a picturesque environment close to forests, the sea, and nature reserves. You can easily reach the school by car, bus, or commuter train. At Pershagenskolan, in addition to several certified teachers, preschool teachers, and after-school staff, there are also special educators, school nurses, study and career counselors, social workers, and school leaders. Your responsibilities

As a teacher at Pershagenskolan, you will be part of a team with colleagues working in grades F-3. This year, you will be responsible for students in preschool class and then follow them to grade 1. Being a teacher at Pershagenskolan means collaborating with engaged colleagues to create the best possible quality of education for our students. Through structured and needs-based collegial learning, the quality of teaching at the school is continuously developed and improved. Your lessons, which you plan together with colleagues, are structured, and there is a sense of safety and focus in the classroom. You are a clear leader who provides explicit instructions, builds relationships, and has high expectations for your students. With us, both students and adults should thrive and feel motivated to develop.

Who are you?

We are looking for someone with a strong commitment and drive to develop teaching. You are a stable, secure leader who builds relationships with your students. You have solid knowledge in Swedish and mathematics and can adapt teaching based on students' needs. You find it easy to collaborate and plan together with colleagues.

Requirements:
- Degree with teaching certification to teach in primary school.
- You are qualified to teach Swedish and mathematics.
- You are well acquainted with LGR22 and have a very good ability to express yourself in speech and writing in Swedish.

Meritorious:
- It is desirable that you have experience working in preschool class.
- You have experience working with “Response to Intervention”.

Personal qualities:
- You easily create good relationships and are a clear leader in the classroom.
- You are professional in your role, take responsibility, are engaged, motivated, and contribute to continuous improvement.
- You have good collaboration skills, easily create good relationships, and cooperate with students, guardians, the team, the school's student health team, and school management.
- In your pedagogical leadership, you are a clear leader, and in the classroom, you have the ability to create a working environment characterized by safety, focus, trust, and respect.
